Title: Secretary for Board Of Directors

Alpha Supported Living Services is a nonprofit agency providing supported living and group home services to adults with intellectual disabilities living in homes in King, Snohomish, and Spokane Counties. Alpha was founded in 1974 by parents of adults with developmental disabilities looking for an alternative to state institutionalization for their children. At the time, new models for services were just beginning; they named the first home after the first letter in the Greek alphabet in the hope that many similar homes would follow. Since that first home on Queen Anne, Alpha has expanded services to others wishing to receive community services and merged over the years with similar agencies to become the largest nonprofit provider of supported living in the state.

The mission of Alpha Supported Living Services is to serve individuals with developmental disabilities by providing residential and community services that maximize each person’s quality of life.

The Windermere Foundation is dedicated to supporting low-income and homeless families in our communities. A portion of every Windermere agent’s commission has been donated to the Windermere Foundation. Having 100% participation gives us a common purpose and sends a powerful message about our commitment to the community. Our generosity funds backpacks full of food so school kids don’t go hungry on the weekends. They help stave off evictions and keep families in their homes by covering housing costs. And their donations make sure the homeless are getting their most basic needs met, and the dignity that goes with it. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donates to the Windermere Foundation, and we feel privileged to be able to give back to the communities where we live and work.

What started in 1989 as a grassroots foundation serving families in need in Washington State, has grown to encompass ten states and has raised over $41 million for programs and organizations that provide shelter, food, children’s programs, emergency assistance, and other services to those who need our help most.

Gina Madeya wins the Five Star Professional Rising Star Award 2018 and 2019 and the Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent Award Winner 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023! These agents represent up and coming real estate agents who, with less than five years experience, embody professional excellence and exhibit superior customer service. Winning agents are selected as a result of a rigorous and objective research process. For any market, each year’s field of winners represents no more than 7% of agents within the market.

Award candidates are identified through evaluations completed by consumers. To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a real estate agent must satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. The award process is conducted annually in each market. Recent homebuyers are asked to evaluate real estate agents with whom they have worked and evaluate them based upon ten criteria. Recent homebuyers may evaluate up to two real estate agents in order to measure the experience associated with the purchase and sale side of a move. Self-nominations are not accepted.
